I had a great experience purchasing my new washer and dryer here. Sarah was nice and informative. Plus I want to give a big shout out to the delivery team. Kirk and Ben were very respectful and professional! They arrived early and allowed me time to clean up after the removal of my old set. They installed everything and made sure it was running properly before leaving. I would happily do business here again in the future. I am glad I chose to go with them instead of ABC warehouse, who I purchased from previously and they charged me for delivery and installation, then just sat my appliances in the utility room and left. First and last time dealing with this company. I explained in detail what was wrong with my washer. Service man came out wiggle the tub and said it will cost you more to fix it then buying a new one. Two minute diagnosis, $135 bill! I will share this experience with everyone I know!

I am so impressed. Highly recommend!! Excellent service. I came in prepared to spend a couple thousand dollars to replace my speed Queen washer. After my consumer 's home program said it was no good needed a new transmission and was something not covered under their program. I had called ABC warehouse where I purchased plus buy an extended warranty through them for extra protection. Clearly I got ripped off LOL. My bad They said nothing that they could do again. I bought a Speed Queen for superior power and best warranty bottom line both of those places failed me miserably. I came in here Sarah and her crew immediately went above and beyond to show me that the part I needed was 100% covered under my speed Queen warranty. Minimal service fee and Labor and it'll be good as new amazing! So kind. That is excellent customer service. I am truly impressed and will be a customer for life. Don't hesitate get out of the big boxes. Go local. They will take excellent care of you

Had a new Speed Queen dryer delivered today. The sales staff, Carl himself, and Ben for the delivery were excellent to work with. Ben gave me time to clean the area where the old dryer was before installing the new one. Great experience all around. Carl’s is the only place we’ll buy appliances from.
