Just purchased 2 appliances from Carls and couldn’t be any happier. Great service inside the store and thought Kurt and Ben did a great job with delivery. We even got to meet Annie, Carl’s mascot.
I came in with a question about a part I had ordered from LG, Aaron was fantastic! So kind and patient and knowledgeable. I wish I had ordered the part from this place first because LG “support” is just a bunch of robots and you can never talk to a human.

Excellent experience so far. Went in to purchase a fridge knowing just what we wanted. Sarah was amazing, did not try to up sell, but found us just what we wanted. Had to order which we figured would be the case. Will deliver and cart away old fridge. They have their own service dept and technicians and will even give you a loner fridge if yours quits before new one comes in. Received fridge right on time, a little early actually, with a great delivery experience. Young men who delivered called to say they were on their way with plenty of notice and delivery was seamless, including taking great care of new flooring while bringing fridge in.
