I never have a bad experience in the office. The whole staff treats your fur baby as the #1 patient!Dr. Joe takes his time explaining everything in a way that makes it easy to understand. You can tell that he cares deeply about each animal that comes in his care.I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else!Put it this way, I made the mistake of signing up for a certain pet insurance through my job without checking who takes the insurance. Unfortunately, Briarwood was not on the list, but I refuse to take them anywhere else.They also get yoi in right away for any urgent matters. Dr. Joe give you his personal number for any questions or concerns you may have.10/10 recommend.

Dr Joe and other veterinarians took care of my Charlie through a difficult disease. Though he did not survive I felt they were all very compassionate and willing to go the extra mile to try and help him , Working with specialists and good communication. He will be missed greatly but always remembered. Thank you for the beautiful card and will plant the bone in the spring!

I could go on and on about how friendly and professional the staff is or how good the Dr was but the most important thing is that they genuinely care and it is evident from the moment you walk through the door until the moment you leave. If you are in the market for a Vet look no further
