The veterinarians and vet technicians are AMAZING here! They are able to always get me in when needed and they are super nice on the phone. Everyone is so caring and loving towards my two pups. They truly make a somewhat stressful trip so easy and so comfortable!

When we moved to the area approximately 5/6 years ago, I called around to several different vets to do a cost comparison and get a feel for the office staff. Pricing worked out in the wash but Cross had the most friendly and helpful staff and they've been that way since. We very recently had to make the hardest decision ever, and put our big fur baby down. I can say without doubt, especially after this situation, going with Cross was the best decision I ever made for my babies. Cross is kind, helpful, loving, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I took my fir baby there for the first time today and the receptionist was kind and helpful, the doctor's assistant was so sweet, and the doctor was knowledgeable and took great care of my pet.
