Bonhams have serviced our furnace when we first moved in our house and finally, when we were tired of being cold, we asked them to install a brand new one, along with new vents. I was having a problem with my furnace where it was running constantly blowing heat regardless of the thermostat setting. I placed a call to Bonham and requested service. This is a busy time of year for HVAC technicians so I had to wait a day before someone could come out, which is totally fine. Mike came out first thing this morning and had it up and running in less than a half an hour. Turns out the old thermostat wires had a short making the furnace think it was calling for heat.
