Called for chimney repair service and Dan promptly returned my call to advise he unfortunately does not service our rural area of Kenton MI, but he kindly provided a couple local references closer to us for us to try. Thanks for your help, Dan!
We had a chimney fire because we were not diligent about having our chimney cleaned. Immediately after the fire, UP Chimney came over and did a chimney sweep. Later, they came back and did a solid flue liner. They would come back to do checks and sweeps and we never had another issue. It was a great investment. They also cleaned our dryer vent and educated us why it’s important to make sure that it’s checked regularly. Overall, we were very impressed with the services and all they had done. Also, very friendly guys. They deserve 5 stars.
Our experience with U.P. Chimney has been excellent. From inspection to cleaning and repair, we will always call them. We also like the communication that they maintain with us. A lot of contractors don't call back, they do. During this Covid-19 period we were happy that they wore masks and took precautions to keep us all safe. If you're looking for honest, hard working people, call them. Thank you, U.P. Chimney!
