Had a great experience with Don’s HVAC.
I own GreenTree Auto Styling here in town, and yesterday both of our commercial heaters failed at the same time. Even though it wasn’t an emergency, they were able to have a technician at our shop within 45 minutes of my call to diagnose the issue.
The next morning, after the parts arrived, one of their technicians, Kris, was already on-site when I arrived and had everything repaired quickly. We had heat back by 9:00am, just 19 hours after my initial non-emergency call.
Very impressed with the response time and professionalism. Highly recommend!
