I went there to get my hair done. I was doing my bangs blonde and the rest of my hair bright red. They did an incredible job. New girl never went to her before first time with her and she did an incredible job hands-down one of the best Workers there and then I decided oh how about I get my daughter‘s ears pierced they did an incredible job. They make sure you’re not nervous. They clean your ears down. They make sure you don’t get infection and you get all the ear stuff for free amazing and then my daughter really wanted her lashes done. Don’t even have lash services and they put they just made my daughter pay for her lashes upfront... read full review

LAURA M. Did my hair on Saturday 11/22/2025. It was the first time I went to her for my hair. She listened to me , saw the photos of how I wanted my hair, she recommended some things to me and I was absolutely thrilled with my hair color and my haircut was perfect! I think it was the best cut and color I've ever had! Plus the conversation was fun and I really enjoyed my time there! ( Ulta Hair Salon in Gaylord Michigan) - Sue M

As long as you never have to deal with the girl in there named TRACE you will be fine. She was incredibly rude. Rolled her eyes at me multiple times. Told me she hopes I have a BETTER day! Literally having a great day.. tried coming into one of my favorite stores. Had her just squash that. I can't even believe she is working with the public. She should really be ashamed of her behavior. I have NEVER met one other rude employee in there. She obviously felt empowered in that moment.
