    DO NOT USE! They called and cancelled my order for a funeral only a few hours before the service then refused to reject my payment and said if I wanted my money back I needed to file a claim with my credit card company.

    I’d give 0 if I could. Website is completely out of date. Extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful customer service over the phone. I’d avoid this at all costs. Get an edible arrangement or something.

    I ordered flowers the day of to be delivered and said they were but never got anything got a confirmation email than another email after they had cancelled my order, but still took the money out of my account. This place is a JOKE!
