Rosemary & Pepper Flower Co

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my Mom on her 70th birthday. The flowers were never delivered and still two days later, Rosemary & Pepper will not answer their phone.

*Update: I received a call back and they issued a refund. They were very kind and explained that they had a tech issue with their website.
