Made an appointment for the first time...called for an old fashioned manicure with polish...file, soak, push cuticles and trim with a hand massage...dipped my fingers in water, had my cuticles pulled off and a gel polish that wasn't applied evenly all within 15 minutes and $50 later! ?
Left wondering what just happened, went back and a very nice woman along with a very nice man did their best to make it right! He redid my left hand and not the right. A difference is clear ? Didn't get her name and his is Don. Definitely changed my mind about going back. I will make sure I see him or her if I decide to do so.
ruby always does an amazing job on my nails! she's particularly good with shaping, they are always very clean. never lumpy or crooked- other places i have been always struggled with that. these marble nails she did are just so beautiful
I was here on July 3. Now it could have been because it was right before the holiday but I wasn’t overly impressed. Had an appointment and they started on me 40 minutes late and then did both a pedi and a basic mani in about 30 minutes. It felt very rushed. Not relaxing as it should be. And for 30 minutes of their time, it was not really inexpensive. That said, everyone we encountered was very nice. But I won’t be back.
