I can't say enough about the staff!!! They are such wonderful, compassionate people who have always given excellent care to my dogs.A big thank you for making my " goodbye " to Delilah a bit easier.....thanks for all the love ❤️

My Miley unexpectedly came down with an illness that led to her untimely death within 3 weeks. The Clinic was not very helpful except to refer me to other clinics and ultimately I had to take her to the ER vet in Traverse City. Within days I had to put her down, and I sadly sent an email letting them know she had passed. I only received an automated response to the email and haven't heard from them until today when I got a note card reminding me Miley needed blood work. I'm still convinced Credelio killed her. I killed her because I gave it to her. But it would have been nice to have them either respond to the email or at minimum follow up with a phone call to see how she was doing. I instead received a reminder that my dead dog needs bloodwork. Honestly not sure if there is a good vet out there anymore.
The staff also reeks of cigarettes. Gross

This place is AWESOME. ALWAYS willing to help and give great advice and ideas. Even still have a picture of my Buttercup posted from a porcupine incident that with their help survived. This was just one of the time's.

Very friendly. They did an amazing job at putting my dog at ease. Checked everything I was worried about and took time to answer any questions I had. Great place.

Dr Jenny and her entire staff take a personal caring approach to each patient they see. Compassionate, professional & friendly. I have been a client with them over 15 years, would not take my pets elsewhere.

I have had nothing but the best experiences with Gaylord Vet Clinic in the past 12 years that I have brought my animals to them! They are always willing to work with me! Yesterday I called saying my pup was miserable with an ear infection and because she had been seen semi-recently they allowed me to send photos and a description of the issue instead of paying for a full visit. Today they prescribed meds to help my pup heal but I was working past close & it is Friday. They made sure to leave the meds in a drop box so my pup could start her recovery immediately! A few years ago, my son stepped on one of our kittens and the kitten was in rough shape and had to be tube fed. I am also a full time working single mom, so the owner was kind enough to help babysit the kitten while I worked (as he needed 24 hour care). While the kitten was in her care I brought moma cat to help ease kittens nerves while picking him up. Momma cat ran away and the owner came outside and spent hours helping me look for her. We could not find momma cat and I had to get back to my kiddos. Gaylord vet caught momma cat within the next two weeks and kept her safe for me to pick up! I could go on and on about how they have went above and beyond for me almost every time I have visited them! Gaylord vet has definitely shown me that it pays off to stay a loyal patient over the years, as they trust me as much as I do them now! This review is wayyy over due! Thank you to all Gaylord vet staff for your amazing service over so many years! God bless you all ❤️
