My husband's appointment was scheduled for 10:30 this past Monday. Unfortunately he didn't get out of the office until 12:11pm. We had driven from Presque Isle and had another appointment at our home that day scheduled for 2 pm. Needless to say, we had to skip lunch and basically drive very fast to make it back in tine. Too stressful for a couple of 80 year old folks. There was talk that due to the previous storm, there was some double-booking. If that was the case to accommodate those prior appointments, we could have rescheduled to another date.

THe staff is always friendly and helpful Dr. Fiander explains what is happening with my retinal problem. Also, appointment time always on the time no waiting for any length of time.

Very professional and efficient office that has a friendly feel. Dr Fiander explained things concisely and answered questions directly and thoroughly. My outcome was excellent due to the skills of the staff and the excellent care I received.
