It is clear that both client satisfaction and safety are of utmost importance to Kayla and the team at Sugaring NYC Northville. She tested my daughter’s skin with a solution before completing the lift to ensure she wouldn’t have an adverse reaction, talked us through everything she was doing throughout the process and gave very thorough aftercare instructions. We were running late and our usual barber had an hour wait time, (plus it's been a hot minute since his last cut and he was looking feral) but this place was able to get him in immediatley and did a fantastic job with time to spare! Not only was it great quality work but Amir is also very easy going and very fun to talk to! The other barber was very sweet as well qnd did a great job on the costomer next to us! “I've been coming here for facials regularly for 2 years. The first time was because I'd been having some skin texture issues, Muna (owner) quickly and easily diagnosed the problem and I saw improvements even after one facial which have continued to this day. The experience is always relaxing, clean, and really pleasant. The staff will work with you to make sure you have a comfortable experience (adjust temperature of towels, level of steam, etc.). They have a variety of services and products which I've purchased here and there and enjoyed, and I can honestly say that I've never once felt any pressure to make an extra purchase. It's NOT one of those places that are pushing products/services on you constantly. I've had to cancel or reschedule a few times, sometimes with short notice; they have always been unfailingly polite and I've never had a charge in those cases. I highly recommend this business. I'll hopefully be continuing to make appts for myself for years to come“

Without exaggeration she consistently gives the best hair cut I have had anywhere (SF, NYC, DC, Chicago....the works!). She expertly layers thin hair like mine in a way that gives it body, such that for weeks afterwards I don't even have to set it. The compliments pour in for weeks after Mary has cut my hair. Friends want to jointly fly here in to do each of our haircuts, so if all you have to do is get in a car and drive a few miles, make an appointment for Mary to give you your next hair cut.“
