It turned out to only need a washer which he had to go to the store and get and was $267.50 total which is much more than I was expecting but it’s fixed. He was very nice and explained everything.

Lane plumbing has been and will be my go to plumbing company. Very clean and professional installing commercial hot water tank, and fixing new plumbing. Way better pricing compared to other plumbers. Will always recommend!
