Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value Very professional and personable. They go out of their way to make the customer happy. Besides great prices, they let you know what is going on, and take care of your vehicle as if it was their car. I highly recommend Benztek for services.

Excellent Service!!!!! I had an antifreeze leak for over a year but, the certified Mercedes dealership was never able confirm the leak each time I brought the care in for service. After several trips to the dealer and expressing my frustration to a friend I was referred to Benz-Tek. When I contacted Mike, he took the time to get to know me as a customer and to understand my car service needs. This immediately made me feel comfortable. The problem was immediately identified, and work completed with quality parts and cost much less than the “so called authorized dealer”. In fact, Mike corrected a problem the dealership mechanic made over a year ago. He also showed me the warn parts and explained his work. I was always told with a luxury car you should go to the dealer first but, I don’t see this as necessary when there is a quality service provider like Benz-Tek.
