I went in with an illness thinking I had either Covid or the flu. After running some tests using nasal swabs, both of those tests came back negative. The doctor then ordered a blood test and the results showed that I had a bacterial infection. She gave me recommendations on how to lower my fever and prescribed be antibiotics. After a day of taking the antibiotics I Am feeling much better. I want to thank the doctor and her staff for all the care I received during my visit.
Very professional. The front desk is very helpful . The nurse goes above and beyond. And the nurse practitioner tries to find out everything so they can diagnose you accurately. I’m thrilled with this visit.
From the check in to the actual visit. All three woman were personable and listened to my explanations with care. The Provider nurse lady Jen was super nice took her time checking my ears nose n throat. I appreciate the level of care I received here in Garden City.
