All summer I've had to ask these guys to move their trucks and equipment so we can get out of our driveway or so the garbage can be picked up. But today instead of tracking someone down on the way to taking my kids to school to move their truck and trailer from the front of the house as it's garbage day I decided to call them. Receptionist was very nice. But the guy who decided to move my bins out to the middle of the road and leave them there my kids and I could hear him cussing about how much of an inconvenience it is to move. I'm sure that this is blistering work, and I am thankful for the people who do this stuff. But hearing a bunch of guys arguing and cussing outside of my window for a week has been a vibe kill lol. I want to offer workers to sit at my patio for a break and bring some treats - but the aggressive nature is off putting? Again, hard work- i know- but part of the job is professionalism and i feel you should keep in mind that you are outside of FAMILY homes. Also... walkie talkies? The other day I talked to a guy, telling him I need to leave my driveway- he said I'd be good- then boom almost got hit with an excavator because there was no communication between workers.... read full review

Where to begin? Needing excavation services can be exciting if you are building a new home or building, but often times the need is because of a problem. Regardless of why you need their services, Scott W. Taylor excavating will be prompt, careful and courteous.
