They lost our business. We tried calling all day but they never answered their phone. We took our business elsewhere that took care of us quickly

I could not say enough positive things about Chris Daniels and his team at CD lawn care. We just bought a house that had a failing retaining wall and a side yard that was not graded correctly. We started calling around immediately because not only was the failing retaining wall a potential hazard for my home but more importantly we were worried that the wall could collapse and hurt our 3 young children. Chris and his team were the only company in the area that even would contact me back and offer to complete the job this year. Upon talking to him and hearing the concern in me and my wife’s voice, he not only decided to do the job but had the job completed in approximately 10 days from when I first contacted him and the job took only a couple days. He not only replaced the retaining wall that was failing, he did a beautiful job at adding additional rock along the side of my house to fix the grading issue so water would correctly drain away from my home. Additionally, he replaced a boulder wall in the back of our home that was also a safety concern of my wife and I because our young children liked to climb the rocks and we were afraid one of them would get hurt climbing the rocks or God forbid have one of the rocks slide and fall on them. He even went above and beyond and added a railing along the back retaining wall just to keep out kids safe at no additional cost. If I could give Chris 100 stars I would. It is rare these days to have this kind of customer service. He was kind, compassionate, punctual, excellent with communication, meticulous about the work his team provided and even offered a fantastic and very fair price. Thank you again Chris for truly carrying about my family. I can’t thank you enough.
