The crew, Chris and Alex, explained in detail before they started the job what they would be doing, how long it could take, and the costs involved. I appreciated that information upfront. I might suggest they wear the disposable shoe covers when possible.

The two guys were very enthusiastic about taking good care of us. They had some tough spots we didn't think they could get out. They explained thoroughly about the age and severity of the stains, but did a better job than we expected. Thanks, guys!
