What a pleasure to find a company that shows up when he says he will, tells you what he's finding as he goes. Once we found the problem he referred us to Priemer Earth Works to partner with him to complete the job. Happel's very reasonable with there pricing too. I highly recommend them for drain cleaning. Call them first, you won't be sorry.

My mother and I want to thank the gentlemen who were able to provide very professional service to a frozen lateral on February 22nd, 2025. I was provided their information from someone who works in the water department with the city of Crandon. They were very busy on Sunday, but they penciled us into their schedule and were able to stop by on their way through to their next appointment. Within a couple hours, they had completed the task at hand and cleaned up the problem very professionally and moved on with their day. Jeff saved my butt this past week. Our main line at our campground was completely plugged due to a septic issue. He was able to come out at 8 at night and got everything opened up so I could reopen the bathrooms and showers. We will be using Happel's for twice annual preventive maintenance going forward. Jeff and the young man he had with him were very professional and courteous. Five stars is not enough!
