Marie is an amazing person! I’m so glad I found her.
I found her yoga & meditation practice/classes in early 2022 I believe through Facebook recommendations of events. She was offering online classes that could be taken & also count towards my continuing education (CE) for yoga teachers for Yoga Alliance (YA).
I had just graduated from yoga teacher training in 2020 & then was not able to teach, practice, or step foot in a studio. I was bummed. I started teaching in studio in December 2021 but I was also worried that I would not meet my CE credits due to how long of a lockdown there was .
Traveling through the senses into the vastness of my interiority was such a pleasure with Marie as my guide. Her ability to bring my attention to what's present in my body as sensations, breath, feelings, emotions, and thoughts gave me in greater insight into my being. Her voice is nurturing and soothing and instantly instills a sense of peacefulness in me. I listen to her recordings in the morning and I've found it makes a profound difference to the quality of my day.

Our heart connection friend group hired Marie to perform a Sound Healing Ceremony to celebrate our friend's 6oth birthday. The experience was AMAZING ! Marie brought her collection of singing and crystal bowls as well as her wonderful and kind self and transported us into deep relaxation, triggered long needed emotional release and just made our day ! Highly recommend Marie for all her other gifts as well ... her yin yoga classes are exceptional.
