I called Paulsen at the suggestion of a neighbor on Ryerson Lake.
Lee came out and did an assessment (everything was 25+ years old and he gave his recommendations).
Justin called right away and sent estimates (with June furnace & AC debate) and installation team came later the same week.
Owner Zach came with Matt and Colton and they did an awesome job, explaining everything.

We have had Paulsen out to our home a few times now. Once before to install a heater in our garage, and most recently to replace our boiler and hot water heater. They were great with giving us the information we needed and discussing our water quality and the right system for us. We made the upgrade to a Viessman indirect system and during the install, the crew were very thorough, communicative, and helpful. They flushed our in-floor heating system and have overall helped heating our home be more efficient on top of installing a great new system that should last us a lifetime. The Paulsen team was quick in diagnosing my problem and also quick in resolving it , which I was grateful for because of the frigid temps. They teamed up with my new propane provider and between the two of them I was set to go in 2 days. They were courteous and patient. Also mindful of my property (and dogs).We have had Paulsen Heating and Cooling for years and these are just a few of the reasons why. I would highly recommend them.
