Very knowledgeable, I assume pretty high demand for them, have had to be pretty persistent to get answers and follow up on what's going in with reaching out for a material quote on in floor hydronic heating panels

Paulsen did an outstanding job replacing our 30 year old hot water heater that was full of sediment. They obviously knew what they were doing. Very difficult replacement due to age and sediment. They were very friendly and courteous. The area around the new hot water heater looks clean and new. I will definitely use them again if I need any heating or cooling work. Thank you
