“.At the cottage and needed a trim. Was going to go to the shop across the street, but it was closed. Joan’s was open, so I stepped in to see if anyone had an opening. I had never gotten my hair cut in Fremont. Katie took me right back (because they was an no-show) and gave me the best trim I’ve had in years! She listened and seemed to understand my hair. Plus, she did exactly as I asked. Definitely going back! Might even have to drive up there from Grand Rapids where we live!”
