.At the cottage and needed a trim. Was going to go to the shop across the street, but it was closed. Joan’s was open, so I stepped in to see if anyone had an opening. I had never gotten my hair cut in Fremont. Katie took me right back (because they was an no-show) and gave me the best trim I’ve had in years! She listened and seemed to understand my hair. Plus, she did exactly as I asked. Definitely going back! Might even have to drive up there from Grand Rapids where we live!

First time ever going there, I had a wonderful! experience. They did a beautiful job on my haircut, and they were very friendly. I want to say thank you especially to Sammy. I highly recommend this place, I definitely will be back.

I got my first set of nails that Kelsey did and she did a really good job and was so polite and nice to me. I highly recommend going to Hair by Joan and company. We were talking the entire time. She had good communication skills, work ethic, shes great at what she does I love my Christmas nails. I am 100% coming back for nails and haircuts. Thankyou Kelsey for making me feel welcome, happy, and making my nails pretty.
