We been trying to get them my brother in law equipment that passed away and it's been so bad. They are giving us a run around. Don't go with them my husband has been living a nightmare

Don't do business with this place. You cannot get a single human to answer the phone. They call me with an automated service to schedule delivery of my medical supplies only to transfer me to their menu where I have to request customer service and sit on hold for who knows how long. After 40 minutes I hung up. Calling the local number isn't any better. Absolutely garbage customer service. I still have no supplies because of this place!

Jeff delivered an oxygen machine and tanks to my mother after a hospital visit, and he was great. He was incredibly patient, friendly, helpful, and answered all of our many, many questions. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, Jeff!!!

My father in law passed away and we can’t get a hold of anyone to cancel the monthly payment because the bed burned up in a house fire what poor customer service for a medical equipment company not impressed

Wow!!! The customer service with the Dacso Fremont, Michigan office is amazing. Mandy Allen was incredibly helpful when we were trying to get a new oxygen machine for my Dad. Jeff Botten delivered the equipment and went over all the maintenance. He was personable and patient as we learned how to keep the equipment in good working order and clean. His extensive knowledge was greatly appreciated. The professional manner to which we were treated is evident of the quality of customer service Dasco gives their clients.
