My husband and I reached out to Parsons Family Flooring after a friend highly recommended them based on his recent experience with their product and job quality and pricing. Parsons provided quality and pretty carpet samples we chose from and laid it in three rooms of our home. The entire experience was flawless. They went waaaayyy above and beyond for us in terms of scheduling, dealing with project expansion, and thinking out of the box with a big issue we had with a large furniture move. When they walked away, they left our rooms spic and span. The new carpeting is glorious and was laid impeccably. I look forward to using them again for future flooring needs!

Excellent customer service and efficient job well done! No hassle of browsing through hundreds of carpet options in store. Mark made it super convenient, came right to our house and asked what we were looking for, gave us a nice selection of options to choose from right in our home, and ordered our product and installed in exactly two weeks! Nice and friendly crew he has, too! They also hauled off our old carpet.
