I will always come here to clean my dresses. I made the mistake recently of going to Art Cleaners in Midland to save time on driving out to Freeland. HUGE MISTAKE. Their screwup made me that much more grateful for Country Club Dry Cleaners being here. These folks are worth the drive, always!!!

BRIDES BEWARE!!! I dropped off my wedding dress in early September of 2019 to be preserved. The owner told me that it would take a while to get it done when I dropped it off. I said okay and went on with my day. By March, I had no correspondence with the shop. I called to ask if it normally took 6 months to get it preserved. The owner told me that a machine was broken and due to COVID it was taking a while to get a part in. I totally understand about COVID delays, but this is an expensive wedding dress and I honestly feel like I should have been contacted to have been made aware of these delays. I ended up saying it was okay, and that I would check back. I checked back in July or August and was told it still wasn’t ready? I said okay... I told the owner I was planning on coming back and getting my dress at least until the machine was ready, however I did not get it due to a busy schedule. About September 11, I got a call saying my dress was ready for pickup. When I picked up the dress, I received no apology for having to wait over a year to have my dress preserved, and was charged full price. I asked if there was anything that could be done since it’s been over a year and I’ve been the one having to check in with the shop, there was no customer service at all. The worker said no there was no discount. I paid full price for something that was significantly delayed, and got no apology or anything! No customer service here. No compassion. I’m super understanding but feel like I was at least owed an apology. The worker who gave my dress to me said “well wedding dresses just take a while” and I said yes but it’s been over a year and nobody has even contacted me about delays. I am the one who reached out... she acted surprised but said there was nothing they could do. Will never use this place again!

This is a great dry cleaner. I drive over from Midland, Because it is more than worth it. The prices are sensible and the work is great. They get spots out, They press nicely, and They repair small damages. I have had tailoring done there and been very satisfied. The staff is very nice to work with. Thank you
