We recently had our roof replaced by Premier Roofing, and while the final result looks great, the overall experience left much to be desired. From the beginning, the salesman made several promises about what we could expect during the process, none of which were fulfilled. Unfortunately, Michigan's unpredictable weather struck during the project, and it poured while the shingles were off our garage. This led to damage to our garage ceiling and the garage door opener, which had to be replaced. While the team was apologetic and assured us they would take care of everything, the repair work on the garage ceiling was subpar. The drywall tape is already bubbling, and the paint job looks rushed and unfinished. It's disappointing to see such poor craftsmanship after being told things would be handled properly. It also took nearly two months after the roof was installed for someone to come by and pick up the remaining materials and collect the final payment. During that visit, the gentleman took note of our concerns and poor repair work and assured us the owner would be in touch to address the issues. That was five weeks ago, and we haven't heard a word since. At the end of the day, it feels like once they got paid, customer experience no longer mattered. If you're considering Premier Roofing, be aware: while the roof may look good, the process and follow-through might leave you frustrated and disappointed.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I absolutely would! Trying to keep this short, but the bottom line is: Premium Roofing saved me thousands of dollars! I called them out for a consultation after several major storms, knowing our roof was old and likely damaged. David came out, took multiple photos, and showed us clear signs of weather damage. He was confident that our homeowner’s insurance would cover a full roof replacement. At first, the insurance company only approved repairs for about 12 shingles. That would’ve been the end of it for me — I was ready to accept the offer and start saving for a new roof. But not David and Premium Roofing. They didn’t back down. They fought for us — through multiple calls, dealing with different insurance adjusters and managers, over the course of several months. And guess what? They got the whole roof covered 100% (minus our deductible)! I’m beyond grateful because I would’ve been stuck paying out-of-pocket without their help and expertise. They knew exactly how to navigate the insurance process and advocate on our behalf. As for the actual roof — the crew was professional, respectful, and did an excellent job with cleanup.
