Best company ever!!! I have used them for my furnace repairs, air conditioner unit and now for a new hot water heater. They responded to my phone call immediately and came out the next morning to replace it, as I had water throughout my basement. Nino and Jim replaced the tank, and were professional, courteous, and prompt. I will not use anyone else but them!!

Great service and was honest! Came out same day and it was an easy fix. Did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Came within time promised of service call. Even got a friendly follow up to see how the repair went. Will be recommending and will use them in the future.

Dylan and Theo came out on two separate occasions due to a request from my DTE warranty plan. I had a problem with my fridge and all three problems were minor from my point of view however dte, felt that my ice maker not dispersing ice is considered vanity repair so they denied it but the other two repairs were covered.
Dylan came out the first day and was going to come out the second day but I had things come up last minute that I had to reschedule. Theo came out the following monday.
