My sister referred me to Cicotte plumbing to have some work done in our master bathroom. I was in back and forth communication and then received a phone call saying that where we live was a little bit too far and they couldn’t provide service. They were very apologetic and I asked if they had any recommendations for my side of town. Vanessa said she didn't off the top of her head but could call her supplier to see who he recommended. I told her she did *not* need to go out of her way to do that but thanked her anyway. The repair was completed quickly, efficiently, and—most importantly—done right the first time. Their team was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. Service repairs were low water pressure to higher pressure, and a new bathtub faucet and knob install.
