I have used Brisendine Heating and Cooling since I bought my first home in East Detroit (Eastpointe) in the early 80's. Because I lived right down the street from the business, and they had served my entire neighborhood, their family business seemed like our family too. They have always been reliable, friendly, and honest. More than once, they have helped me to trouble shoot over the phone and fix the problem so there was no service charge. I would not even think of using anyone else!

Our whole family uses Brisendine Healing & Cooling for many many years. One thing for sure when you call they respond quickly and efficiently. They are extremely professional, courteous, helpful and with the years of experience that they have they are awesome. It is truly a family business as you will be having someone with the last name of Brisendine at your home. No subcontractors here. Quality workmanship with a smile. The employees are great. Never been to the location, as they service the hot water heater and furnace. Very polite always a pleasure to deal with. Can't ask for anything more, as they are top notch!
