I had Christine out to my house twice. 1st time to diagnose, 2nd time to install the new part. She was quick to fix our washer and was also professional and kind. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an appliance repair person.

The Technician diagnosed the problem by examining all possible causes and identified the problem. Ryan was very knowledgeable and very good at investigating and explaining the mechanics of the Whirlpool refrigerator.
