Came to get a massage from Adam. I’m a licensed massage therapist myself, specializing in deep tissue and chronic tension work, and Adam my personal massage therapist.
He is precise in his work, extremely knowledgeable about chronic tension, understands how different lifestyles create different types of physical problems, and is incredibly intuitive and empathetic when working with tension related to PTSD. He has that rare ability to combine technical precision with a calm, grounding presence that makes you feel safe the entire session.

I had the absolute best facial of my life with Teresa at Krystyna’s. She was so incredibly thorough while also making it a very relaxing experience. She tailored the treatment to my individual needs. Their receptionist Anna was kind and welcoming and helped with scheduling for my next appointment. I can’t wait to go back!
I returned to this spa after living away from the area for 20 years and it was as good an experience as I remember. I had a facial with Bianca and it was wonderful....relaxing and calm. Bianca was wonderful and the spa is clean and inviting. I will definitely be back!
