I cannot say enough amazing things about Obsidian! Heidi is absolutely incredible. She is so knowledgeable, passionate, and she goes out of her way to develop a relationship with you. Cortney is also amazing and very knowledgeable. She has a deep understanding about skincare and is always willing to help you achieve your skin goals. I had a VI peel 1 week ago and I 10/10 recommend this spa and service! The spa itself is clean, cozy and not overwhelming. Everyone was super friendly. Cortney did my service and she was extremely knowledgeable. Something that stood out to me is she educated me each step of my peel, and I appreciated that SO much! You can tell she has a lot of knowledge in the services she provides and that made me feel at ease. After consulting with her about concerns I had with my skin she made a recommendation and then again educated me on the ZO Brightening Program, explained how and why it would be the best fit for my skin type and concerns. She even gave me a plan of care at the end of my visit with steps on the best way to use the program! I was so impressed with the education and knowledge, I’ve never been to a spa that has done that before. My results 1 week post peel are significant. I can’t wait to go back for my next one and start my ZO program tomorrow. Thank you Cortney!
