First time using Nuechterlein to look at my dryer and check on the dryer vents. Highly recommend. They were timely, Kermit was awesome, professional and so knowledgeable (you know he knows how to do all the things and diagnose) so was the staff who answered my phone call and scheduled, and they were able to come the next day. Friendly, professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend, will use them for any electrical/appliance repair needs.

Had an overall great experience with this company! Washer went out and was immediately able to schedule an appointment as well as get it fixed in a timely manner, Kermit went above and beyond with his repair services and I couldn’t be more thankful!

We had an extremely positive experience with Nuechterlein! Had an issue with our fridge warming and our freezer taking on alot of ice on the bottom which is an instant hassle trying to save as much as you can. Kermit was able to come out the same day that we called and after I thoroughly explained the issues to him, he took a quick look and pretty much immediately diagnosed that a motor was burned out causing the warm up in the fridge and condensation to drop and build in the freezer below.
