The staff at the frankenmuth Great Lakes eye institute are great! Especially Rachel she is always there to help out the patients and does an amazing job at helping in any way she can! I can not recommend her enough or this location; they are top notch!

I love my eye doctor at Great Lake Frankenmuth. However, the girl that runs many different parts of the office is very rude. She cuts you off mid-sentence and makes you feel like you know nothing. She will the reason I end up leaving this facility.

This was my first appointment with this establishment. Office is very clean, and I did not have to wait long to be seen. Dr Weaver was excellent! The young lady who helps you pick out your glasses (Liz?) was very patient with me. This was my first time ever having to wear glasses, and I was unsure of what style suited my face. Liz helped me to find the perfect pair, and I have received nothing but compliments from friends and family. When it came time to pick up my new specks, Liz, again, was very polite, answered my questions, explained the adjustment period with bifocals and encouraged me to return to the office if I had any issues. I will be taking my son to see Dr Weaver and Liz in January, 2019 due to my positive experience. Thank you, ladies!! Still loving my glasses and finally being able to see clearly.
