Our family met with Penny to take care of our mother’s cremation. She was wonderful through it all. We had delays at the county level and she went above and beyond to expedite things for us. She took great care of us even afterwards with funds needing to be distributed, awarded to mother’s estate. Thank you, Penny for being so understanding and patient.❤️

Penny Herrmann and staff did a great job to make our service for mom special. My parents had a pre-paid funeral arrangement. Penny walked my parents through the options available so upon their death there was little to be done. Everything went smoothly and we would highly recommend the Herrmann Funeral home.
