“Very happy with our new floor and the service provided. They saved us a TON of money and headache just by actually looking at our floors and making a plan. We went through a different company initially and they wanted to rip out everything and put down all new flooring. After having carpet depot come take a look he told us that wouldn’t be a possibility without spending a ton MORE money building our floor back up to meet the height of the baseboard (since the floor we currently had was bamboo, very thick). Other company also wanted us to rent our own dumpster and hire a plumber to remove the toilet. Carpet depot didn’t have to do any of that, and the floors look wonderful.“
