The owner was entirely rude. Called to ask if they would consider including a packet of food for fresh cut flowers and she never even listened to my inquiry or suggestio. A miserable person

June 2024 Update: I called Aleta's this morning at 9am when they opened, to have an arrangement delivered to the Funeral home (we just learned my husband's beloved Aunt passed). I didn't kbow exactly what I wanted...I saw a few things on their website that were the style/color palette that I liked, but I wanted something larger, more a grand scale, and told them my budget, and that I need it delivered today by 4pm... they came through beautifully! I knew I trusted them to create something without me needing to see/approve it first (I live an hour+ away), and boy did they come through. Ordered flowers on short notice for same day delivery to a friend with a serious illness who really needed some encouragement. Delivered very quickly the same day and we’re beautiful! Thank you so much!!!!
