North Branch Rent-All is a remarkable and first-class rental company. They are extremely easy to work with, very professional, and wonderful to do business with. Customers highlight their great customer service, clear and great communication, and kindness. The team is friendly, fast, efficient, and prompt, arriving and picking up when they said they would. They accommodate last-minute requests and additions with grace. Setup and delivery are fast, and pick-up and drop-off are easily scheduled. Their items, including tents, tables, and chairs, are all clean and in great condition. They have everything needed for events like parties, baby showers, and celebrations. Customers highly recommend them for any rental need, stating they are an amazing company that goes above and beyond.
We love North Branch Rent-All!! Steve went above and beyond! His tent set up was so fast and it was affordable! His crew was extremely friendly and professional. We will be using North Branch Rent-All for all of our future parties!
Delivery time was perfect as well as pickup time. Staff was kind and compassionate and hard-working. Very willing to meet my needs for that event. I will definitely use them again for other events.
