North Branch Rent-All is a remarkable and first-class rental company. They are extremely easy to work with, very professional, and wonderful to do business with. Customers highlight their great customer service, clear and great communication, and kindness. The team is friendly, fast, efficient, and prompt, arriving and picking up when they said they would. They accommodate last-minute requests and additions with grace. Setup and delivery are fast, and pick-up and drop-off are easily scheduled. Their items, including tents, tables, and chairs, are all clean and in great condition. They have everything needed for events like parties, baby showers, and celebrations. Customers highly recommend them for any rental need, stating they are an amazing company that goes above and beyond.
We hosted a St Jude fundraiser yesterday at our home. Steve, North Branch Rental was so very kind and his employees are top notch. They worked so hard at setting the tent up in the 90degree heat with no complaints (to me, anyway) 😆 we got many compliments on the set up and how clean the tent is. Hats off you NBR!
Steve was excellent to work and communicate with! Pricing was fair & making payments as needed for our wedding rentals was super easy, and he was always so timely answering any questions I had, making the process much more smooth. Highly recommend them for all of your rental needs!
