Five years ago I had a new high‑efficiency furnace and central air unit installed, and everything has been flawless. Recently, I discovered a gas leak at one of the fittings leading to the furnace.
I called after hours and Jason—the owner—showed up at 8 p.m. He didn’t even charge the standard after‑hours rate (time and a half). The fix was simple, and he only charged me $50.
