I brought my Cavapoo puppy in for her first groom. I called and chatted with the daughter of the owner, she listened and answered all of my questions. I’m a new dog mom and I had a ton of questions, she dealt with me like a champ! She got us in the same day, and from the moment we walked in the door they were so kind and helpful! They trimmed her up nicely and her coat was so soft after! As a business owner the difference between gaining a new client could be as simple as showing kindness, and showing you care. Highly recommend this groomer if you feel your pet is like your child. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They did an amazing job on our husky baby! They were able to squeeze me in last minute and listened to all my concerns as this was my dog’s very first time at the groomer. His fur feels soft and clean and he smells clean as well. Nails were also done properly not too long or too short! He also got a super cute bandana that is his color and brings out his eyes. Thank you ?? they put lots of thought, care and personal touch to their services! We will be returning for all our grooming needs.

I’m not usually the type to leave reviews but these guys totally deserve for people to know how absolutely amazing they are. Here’s a small background of my malamute. Couple years ago now she was a stray that we rescued. Totally unsure what we were going to get with her because she is 4-6 years old. Some bumps with our other dogs but overall her temperament has really surprised us as she is the sweetest dog I’ve ever met/had. We took her to Key’lore first and were not impressed with them and then started going here warning them about her questionable past and not sure how she’ll do.
