ServiceMaster of Burton is fantastic to work with. Nick came out to my home, arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional and sent me an estimate the same day. Tyrone arrived the next morning on time and performed miracles with my cleanup. I cannot say enough about both of them. We had a sump pump failure which unfortunately resulted in water backing up into half of our finished basement. We called Service Master right away and they quickly came to the rescue. They brought a team of people who pulled up the carpet and removed the pad, removed base trim molding and cleaned up all the water. They put in no less than 15 pieces of equipment including fans, air purifiers and dryers. After testing and confirming everything was dry, they sent their installation team who put in new pad and reinstalled the carpet, they provided new base trim, painted and installed it, then did touchup painting on the walls. Thank you Aiden Warren and Service Masters of Flint for the outstanding work. We had an attic leak and within hours of filing our insurance claim the guys at Service Master were at my house mitigating the water damage. Fans, Dehumidifiers clean up through demo the entire team did a fantastic job. Mar, Tyrone, Kodey were very professional and did an amazing job. Thanks again Aiden for making a horrible situation feel a bit less horrible. Thanks again.
