Repair on Hot Water Tank: Terry Allen was amazing. The Tech Darren was so helpful. I called them this morning with an emergency and they were there within a couple hours and the hot water was back on this afternoon. Terry Allen is consistently reliable and professional; I’ve had them doing furnace, AC, and water heater maintenance for me for years. Well, this week it was time to replace the furnace. The consultation and service I received from Tristan and Greg was outstanding. I also found that the price for the job was reasonable. Terry Allen is my HVAC go to!

Greg was respectful and professional. He took care of the maintenance for the furnace, found that it needed a battery and explained what that entailed and replaced it at my request. I recommend Greg as he made the appointment a good start to my day.
