We worked with Ideal Roofing following significant hail damage that occurred in our neighborhood. Our representative Jason worked with us and our insurance company and took care of the majority of the claim process, negotiated the proper price, and gave us a fair and straightforward estimate. We were kept up to date throughout the process, and while there were several roofing companies working on our street at the time, Ideal seemed to work through the process more quickly than the others.
