The staff is described as very polite, very honest, very friendly, and very caring and compassionate. Patients report a wonderful experience, getting in and out quickly and in less than an hour. The doctor was the best, providing the best medical care and explaining everything. Overall, Genesee Urgent Care is highly recommended for its quality of care and commitment to patient satisfaction.
Dr. Janelle Gilmore is an exceptional doctor. She likes her job and it shows. She listens and cares about her patients and puts them at ease and she always has a smile on her face! Thank you Dr. Janelle for being the person that you are!
This is the only Urgent Care I use. Janelle, Lara and Kristina gives top tier treatment and are great with children as well as adults. They don't look at you as a number or just a patient, they care for you like they would their own family. They're very through, patient, and welcoming and they know their stuff and they listen without judgment. I don't know the other practitioners but those 3, chefs kiss in the medical field.
Absolutely top notch! I am so thankful to Dr. Chamas. She treated me as a loved one, with great care and insight. Just a good, warm and welcoming spirit of a woman. All of the staff at Urgent Care were just spectacular. The receptionist, the woman that did my vitals and the one to give me my shot. I wish I had their names as everyone deserves the accolades. Well done Ladies!! I've never had a bad experience here and I will continue to come back as needed.
