I had a punctured tire that was rubber off the literal rim before I was able to stop safely in a parking lot. Changing a flat is not a big deal. Usually. 2/5 of my lug nuts were frozen, I had a bad feeling about torquing on the 9 year old posts, and it is a hectic holiday shopping day around town. I assumed my next 3 hours would be spent waiting for some stereotype neanderthal from a cartoon, chewing on a cigar, with a greasy backwards hat.Nope. I was sent some kind of Co-Ed team captain with big manners and a matching smile. Anthony was at my car in ~15 minutes and changed out to my mini-spare in 5 minutes.
