Changing my focus and choosing First Day Homecare for my career as an RN has been one of the best decisions for my family and I. The balance of having autonomy in regards to picking clients you’re comfortable with and over the schedule you’re comfortable with is great. This is my first home experience and I have felt extremely supported by the staff in numerous situations. I read reviews before applying and thought there must have been a promotion to get all these good employee reviews on here! But then here I am, doing it totally unprovoked myself! I have been listened to and given results about pay, the care of my clients, and so much more. There is always a friendly voice on the other side of the phone here, with no judgement or belittling, and it’s incredibly refreshing.
First Day Homecare has been a great place to work. I hired in this year- the process was quick, easy and thorough, and it’s been really easy to create my own schedule with them. The office staff are friendly and helpful. I love working one on one in the home with my patient and their family. All in all, it has been a great experience working for this company.
