This is a great company to work with. The staff is very willing to take the time to hear the problems you have. Then tries to solve or help you solve the problem, which may include putting you with another patient. I like the support I get, and I feel the appreciation. Always willing to help, or connect you to soemone who can help. Thumps up First Day!!
First Day Home Care is a great place to work for veteran nurses.You can put your mandated shifts, unsafe nurse/patient ratios, and moral injury behind you.At First Day you are treated with dignity and respect.(it's strange at first, I know).Your insights and experience are appreciated.No ventilator experience? First Day Home Care is a great place to work! I have a full time hospital job and work a day or two a week to earn fun money for vacations. Scheduling is flexible. Great communication with office staff. And working in clients home is rewarding.
