Thanks, Mr. Rick, for having such a high quality product! The windows look beautiful! The installers took great care to preserve the carpet, and they also covered the furniture. The installers were courteous. They were perfectionists who worked in a very timely manner, and they worked very long and very hard. They didn't leave until the window, gutters and downspouts were they way we would like. And Mr. Rick made sure of that. I wanted new windows in the kitchen because the temperature was always six degrees cooler there than in the living room in the Winter. The new windows went in during the Fall, looked great, and Matt even helped re-hanging the blinds - but I had the same temperature difference in the Winter. I mentioned to Rick and Matt about the cold air still coming in around the Windows. They said that it wasn't the windows, that I needed insulation around the windows. The insulation company who just worked on my house said: "I've never heard of a window install that was not insulated around the new windows. That is 100% his responsibility when installing windows. I had received other quotes from different companies and decided to go with Energy System. When Rick arrived measurements was taken, and he assured me there wouldn't be any more problems with coldness especially in my living room where my grandson and myself had to layer up from the cold seeping in through these windows. Matthew and his crew arrived, very professional took care of the job. My windows are beautiful and no more Coldness on me and my grandson. Now I can look forward to the winter.
